  1. Liberal pinheads on here want Hillary as Presidenis Why they question and accuse Ted Cruz of being an Illegal.

  2. Seems to me I heard Trevor speak after the date of this video and he was recommending Rand Paul for Prez to avoid the debate debacle over Cruz’s citizenship.

Then he suggested Ron Paul for Commerce and I think Judge Napolitano for Chief Justice….

  3. Unfortunately, Ted Cruz was not born in the USA. He was born in Canada, and his father is Cuban. He is not eligible to be president. Naming him as candidate would render moot the whole question of Obama’s eligibility. Or is that the point?

    1. If it isn’t the point, it will certainly be allowing the liberals another weapon to use as though it is. Cruz knows this, Loudon should. I love the guy but either he adheres to all of the Constitution or he’s a hypocrite. He cannot ignore the eligibility clause because it’s inconvenient to his political aspirations. Either we are a nation of laws or we are not.

      1. In case you have not noticed, we are no longer a nation with the rule of law. We are a nation, and perhaps a world, being run by criminal governments.

    2. Tommy—you need to become more informed about Ted Cruz’s citizenship before you make any comments.

    1. I totally agree, Trevor Loudon is wonderful and I agree with most, if not all of his suggestions for individuals who would best serve the needs of the American people. However, as much as I like Ted Cruz, I cannot support him as a presidential candidate. Why? He was born in Canada, which makes him constitutionally ineligible to serve as President or Vice President of the United States.

Yes, I know all about the controversy that has surrounded Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility, I live in Hawaii. I write very critical articles about Obama and want the truth about him exposed. I want Obama and all those who put this lying, incompetent, Marxist puppet in the White House tried for treason. Therefore, I can hardly support someone else who does not fit all constitutional requirements to serve as our nations’ top executive officer.

Ted Cruz is a leader and would make a fine president but we must return to the constitution.

      1. On the contrary, Cruz is eligible.

Our oldest daughter was born in Denmark. When we were talking with the embassy personnel about getting her passport, we were informed (and chapter & verse cited) that — BECAUSE AT LEAST ONE PARENT WAS AN ADULT AMERICAN CITIZEN — it did not matter where in the world she was born: she would be an American citizen, and the only way she could lose her citizenship would be to renounce it when she became an adult.

American citizens are born on foreign soil all the time, on military bases, to missionaries overseas, and to tourists visiting other countries. A child does not “magically” lose his citizenship because of where he is born. What matters is whether at least one parent is an American citizen.

This silly “born on American soil” red herring is a result of a persistent mis-reading of the Fourteenth Amendment whereby people who had been “born on American soil” were deemed to be full citizens. This was intended to remedy the injustice of generations of slaves born to other slaves on our soil but who were not considered citizens for voting and other civil rights purposes. The “modern” reading of the 14th Amendment is what gave us “anchor babies” based on the faulty notion that simply being born here “makes you a citizen.” That was never the original intent. Moreover, it doesn’t abridge the original Constitutional requirement that a person be born of American parentage.

Obama’s presidency was “legitimized” under the flawed reading of the 14th Amendment (“born in Hawaii, so he’s all good”). Cruz doesn’t need any such crutch: he has a parent who was an adult American citizen at the time of his birth.

You want to “return to the constitution?” Here:

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

There ya go. “Natural born Citizen” would accurately describe Ted Cruz.

You can support him with a clear conscience.

        1. Thank you for your reply, but I am well aware of the points that you made, because I went into detail on all of these issues in the articles that I published concerning presidential eligibility requirements under our Constitution.

Yes, Americn citizens can be born on foreign soil, such as the case of Meriam Ibrahim’s two children who were fathered by an American citizen in Sudan, where she now sits in prison waiting to be flogged and hung, because her Christian marriage with Daniel Wani was retroactively thrown out of a Sudanese court when Sharia law was recently applied. Yet, our State Department under the Obama administration refuses to even acknowledge these children as American citizens. You can read the details of her case in one of my latest articles. “Is The U.S. State Department Allowing Sharia Law To Supplant U.S. Law in Case of Meriam Ibrahim Death Sentence?”

On the Obama baloney, it is one thing to be an American citizen but quite another to be constituionally eligible to qualify as presidential and vice presidential candidates. Sorry, but you are wrong. Barack Obama is a fraud in more ways than I care to count in this reply. If you want to get your facts straight, you might find my articles on this subject useful:

          “Barack Obama, The Illegal President,”

“Alabama Supreme Court Finally Rules No Opinion On Obama Eligibility Case,”

          “Barack Obama The Mystery President”

Again, I like Ted Cruz, but I want our nation to return to the Constitution. Unfortunately, too many people are not well informed about the requirements the U.S. Constitution demands for presidential and vice-presidential candidates. Worse yet, many people in this country do not even care!
John McCain was born on a military base in Panama, which is considered to be on American soil, to two American citizens. No one ever really doubted that he was constitutionally eligible to qualify as a presidential candidate. Yet, what a great distraction it made during the 2008 election, so that Obama would not be scrutinized too closely.
Obama is the biggest fraud of all time and now more people in Hawaii are starting to see that too. Thank you and Aloha!
