#SPLCExposed: Shared Goals of Antifa and the Southern Poverty Law Center

“We’ve always believed it’s important to take on groups like the FRC [Family Research Council] that have a foothold in the mainstream. In many ways, they’re more dangerous to our country than hatemongers who wear robes and hoods.” – Richard Cohen, President, Southern Poverty Law Center, October 19, 2017

Antifa and the highly discredited Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) have something in common. They both exist to silence viewpoints they deem unacceptable. Not only does the SPLC leave out Antifa and Communist groups from their so-called “Hate Map,” they use the violent Antifa collective “It’s Going Down” as a source.

As. a. source.

As reported previously at TrevorLoudon.com, a promotional video linked in the “About” section of the “It’s Going Down” website claims that the group is “…creating a material force which can seize territory.” Let that sink in.

Is seizing territory hateful? Evidently not. Watch the promo video used by the SPLC source “It’s Going Down.”

WARNING: The following video includes harsh language and scenes of violence:

Despite an attempted mass murder by deranged SPLC supporter Floyd Lee Corkins II at the Family Research Council in 2012, SPLC President Richard Cohen has once again disgraced his organization by doubling down on his violence-invoking criticism of a group that seeks to “advance faith, family, and freedom in public policy and the culture from a Christian worldview.”

It was five years ago in August that Floyd Lee Corkins II walked into the Family Research Council with the intention “kill as many as possible and smear the Chick-Fil-A sandwiches in victims’ faces…” as reported at the Washington Examiner at the time.

Corkins shot security guard Leo Johnson, who heroically disarmed Corkins and despite his injury, managed to subdue him while awaiting police. Later, Floyd Lee Corkins explained to the FBI that he used the Southern Poverty Law Center’s list to find his first target.

“Southern Poverty Law lists anti-gay groups,” Corkins tells interrogators in the video, which FRC obtained from the FBI. “I found them online, did a little research, went to the website, stuff like that.”

Watch the footage:

Corkins’ plan was to kill as many people as possible at the FRC, then to “continue the attack.” According to CNN, “[A] handwritten list naming three other groups he planned to attack was found among his belongings, prosecutors said.”

If an individual or organization promotes traditional marriage, they are deemed as “anti-gay” on the SPLC website. The desire to vet refugees to ensure that they do not subscribe to Sharia law, which conflicts with the American Constitution, is deemed “Islamophobic.” Americans who believe that immigrants should use the path to citizenship known as the naturalization process are deemed “racist” and “xenophobic.”

Watch a video posted at PragerU narrated by Karl Zinsmeister about the Southern Poverty Law Center’s tactics:

Arm yourself with the truth. Some conservative organizations are fighting back with SPLCExposed.com. Please watch this panel discussion held at the Values Voter Summit with Gen. Boykin, Professor Carol Swain, and Austin Ruse of C-FAM:

It should be noted that while the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center is one of the most overt examples of partisan slander, many other organizations use similar tactics in an effort to further a completely false narrative that hate crime/hate speech is on the rise since President Donald Trump was elected.

Two of the most influential groups pushing this narrative are the Open Society Foundations and the Anti-Defamation League.
