I am sooo sick of the yellow journalism being put out there by Drudge, Breitbart and others when someone speaks out against Donald Trump. It’s unhinged and delusional. Yesterday, Brad Thor gave an impassioned rant against Trump that I totally agree with. In it, Thor said that if Trump violates the Constitution and suspends it, that a patriot somewhere will have to stop him. I am certain that what Thor meant was a political solution. What Drudge and others spun it as was a death threat against Trump. That is despicable. Shame on these people. They are worse than many on the left.
What do you do when someone like Trump suspends the Constitution like a South American dictator? Do you have a coup? If you are a Trump sycophant, you fall in line with lots of excuses. If you are a constitutional conservative, you become a target.
Brad Thor, author of the new book Foreign Agent, joined The Glenn Beck Program yesterday to sound the alarm and rally Americans behind stopping Donald Trump and he didn’t hold back. “I think Trump is an extinction-level event potentially for our republic, for democracy. This is one of the greatest crises our nation has seen since the Great Depression, since World War II — is a potential Donald Trump presidency. It is a disaster for liberty,” Thor said. That is exactly right in my opinion. For that, they went after Brad Thor and Glenn Beck. Can’t have free speech… must silence anyone who speaks out against Trump. What does that portend? Very, very bad things.
I bet Trump can’t wait to get in there and “open up our libel laws.”
“One of the things I’m gonna do, and this is only gonna make it tougher for me, and I’ve never said this before, but one of the things I’m gonna do if I win… is I’m gonna open up our libel laws so when they write purposely negative and horrible and false articles, we can sue them and win lots of money. We’re gonna open up those libel laws.”
