My great Aunty Barbara lives in a rest home in Timaru. She was married to Uncle Reg for 69 years. He died in 2001.
Aunty Barbara turned 100 last weekend. She got a visit from Aunty Helen and presumably a telegram? TXT MSSG? from the Queen.
Recently she also got a visit from an evangelical Christian. He asked Aunty Barbara “Have you found God yet?”
Aunty Barbara replied “I didn’t even know he was lost!”
Makes me want to live to 100 too.
