Why the Deep State is Afraid of Matt Gaetz

By: Cliff Kincaid

I have examined the reports about the sex charges against President Trump’s nominee for attorney general, Matt Gaetz, and can find no proof. In fact, Biden’s DOJ and FBI never charged him with a sex crime. Senator Tommy Tuberville says, “Prove he’s a criminal,” otherwise confirm him to the job. There is no proof. So we are left to conclude that the charges are a smokescreen to derail his nomination because he has been such a vociferous critic of the DOJ and the FBI.

I urge everyone to watch the video of Gaetz grilling the FBI director. Then watch the video of Gaetz grilling Attorney General Garland. Gaetz understands the problem and the solution. He can get the job done.

The transcript of the exchange with Christopher Wray can be found here and is worth reading, especially the part about the FBI cover-up of the Hunter Biden laptop. “Are you protecting the Bidens?” Gaetz asked.

A group of conservatives issued a letter endorsing Gaetz and noted that “Rep. Gaetz has been the most active member of the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, appearing at more depositions and transcribed interviews, and in more hearings, than any other member. His work on that critical committee has helped shine a light on the political retaliation and abuses by our nation’s law enforcement agencies and helped prepare him to address many of these issues at DOJ.”

Part of the diversionary smokescreen has been the claim by Democrats that he needs to be “vetted,” even though he was already investigated and cleared by the DOJ. They didn’t see any need to vet the terrorists, criminal gang members, and Chinese military-age men already in the U.S.

Now, however, Democrats are suddenly concerned about security in presidential appointments. Consider the bill introduced by Democrats to ensure an FBI role in vetting White House security clearances.

Former FBI agent Max Noel told me the Bureau used to investigate candidates for federal employment — but not federal office — by analyzing Character, Associates, Reputation, and Loyalty to the United States. The first letters in those words make up the acronym CARL.

Noel said Barack Hussein Obama could not have been elected president if he had been subjected to the CARL test. But members of Congress also evade the security clearance process.

On the Senate floor, Senator Tuberville showed a graphic identifying the number of Senate Democrats who voted against a Biden/Harris cabinet nominee. The number was a big fat zero.

But the problem also involves Republicans. “Last time around, the Republican Senate took months to confirm President Trump’s appointments — if not years,” he noted. “As a result, President Trump had to govern with one hand tied behind his back because some of his cabinet members were never confirmed.”

He added, “I remember when 20 — that’s right, 20 — Senate Republicans voted to confirm Merrick Garland for the top law enforcement spot four years ago for the Biden administration. That’s their prerogative. As Attorney General, Merrick Garland turned the DOJ into a weapon—a weapon—against President Donald Trump, Republicans, and law-abiding U.S. citizens. The perversion of law that Merrick Garland embraced at the DOJ makes third-world banana republics blush.”

He noted that Secretary of State Antony Blinken, “who was in large part responsible for the blatant lies pushed in a letter written by 51 former intelligence officials right before the 2020 election,” received 28 Republican votes in the Senate.

Tuberville was referring to the claim by those officials that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian propaganda.

If the charges against Gaetz are true, why did the DOJ close the case against him? Were the charges tough to prove? That never stopped the DOJ from going after Trump himself. They used made-up and phony charges against him.

Perhaps Gaetz’s personal life has been controversial. Yet, consider some of the Biden/Harris nominees. Two Republicans in the Senate voted with the Democrats to confirm “Rachel” Levine as the Assistant Secretary for Health at the Department of Health and Human Services. Levine is a man who wears lipstick and a dress.

As noted by Tuberville, other Biden/Harris appointments included Tracy Stone-Manning, the Director at the Bureau of Land Management, “who was literally a member of an eco-terrorist organization that spiked trees with metal rods to harm [lumberjacks] when they cut into trees with a chainsaw.” Or Sam Brinton, a former Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Office of Nuclear Energy, “who repeatedly stole women’s luggage at airports while traveling on the taxpayers’ dime.”

The basic point is that Gaetz is not afraid of the Deep State using their tactics of blackmail to get their way. That’s why they hate him. He stood up to them. He understands how corrupt they are.

Some conservatives gripe about his positions on other issues, like marijuana or green energy. That will not be his focus at DOJ.

Those conservatives who try to sabotage this nomination are helping the Democrats stymie and stop the Trump agenda.

After taking office, Gaetz should go back in history and investigate not only how Barack Hussein Obama’s background was ignored, but also how CIA director John Brennan received a security clearance. As CIA director, Brennan told a congressional forum that even voting communist, as he once did, was not a bar to employment at the agency. Brennan had voted for a Moscow-line Communist Party presidential candidate in college.

Gaetz or some other officials must also examine security problems at the National Security Agency (NSA).

The Daily Wire had revealed the NSA has created a glossary of terms that push Critical Race Theory and radical gender ideology which blamed “white Europeans” for “settler colonialism,” promotes the gender-neutral pronouns “ze” and “zir,” and warns of “transmisogyny.”

Reps. Mike Waltz (R-FL) and new Indiana Senator Jim Banks (R-IN) said in a letter to NSA Director General Paul M. Nakasone that they want an explanation for the NSA glossary of Marxist terms and its implications for the intelligence agency’s hiring procedures.

Following up, it was then-Rep. Matt Gaetz who warned about these Marxist ideologies being “latched to the most exquisite spying and surveillance tools that have ever existed on the planet.”

We can’t waste any more time debating sex charges which were dismissed when the issue of treason in the Deep State has to be investigated and exposed.
