Donald Trump seemingly came to terms with not winning the Iowa caucus on Monday night, tweeting that he “Brought in record voters and got second highest vote total in history!”

But in 2013 Donald Trump had a different opinion about being second:

Just an observation.

Donald Trump more than earned the hashtag #Trumpertantrum on Twitter Wednesday after an embarrassing and unpresidential rant against presidential candidate Ted Cruz for daring to beat him in the Iowa Caucus.

The hashtag, started by Ted Cruz, was the number one trend in the United States:

trumpertantrum

The hashtag, as you can see, was truly deserved:

  1. Trump could probably win NH simply by remaining silent. Isn’t he way ahead in polls there? I know trump believes he can shoot someone along 5th Avenue without losing any supporters, but what about shooting himself in the foot? At this very moment, Trump is stumbling along sounding shrill and tormented by Cruz’s first place finish in IA. Of course, he says, it was “cheating!” Just imagine how lame the super bowl would be if played like this. I don’t see how Trump can win anything this way.

  2. “Political realists see the world as it is: an arena of power politics moved primarily by perceived immediate self-interests, where morality is rhetorical rationale for expedient action and self-interest.”
― Saul D. Alinsky, Rules for Radicals

    1. And that is based on a false premise held by the radical left that people are generally immoral. This is why founding fathers emphasized virtue.
