Wall Street, September 17: “Beginning of the Global Revolution…?”

The “Anonymous” anarchists are joining the planned occupation of Wall Street, beginning September 17.

It says, “flood into lower Manhattan, set up tents, kitchens, peaceful barricades and occupy Wall Street for a few months … Once there, we shall incessantly repeat one simple demand in a plurality of voices.”

The September 17 protest is not confined to Wall Street. It is part of an international coordinated attack on the planet’s major financial centers. These people, if they can, want to shut down all major Western financial trading.

According to the OccupyWallStreet website:

Meanwhile S17 is surging ahead internationally. Simultaneous occupations of financial districts are now being planned in New York City, Madrid, Milan, London, Paris and San Francisco. With a bit of luck, this list of participating cities will grow.

If we can pull together just the right mix of nonviolence, tenacity and strategic smarts, S17 could be the beginning of the global revolution we’ve all been dreaming about for so long … wouldn’t that be lovely.

“Non-violent,” in anarchist and leftist parlance simply means not harming or killing people. Property destruction, vandalism, cyber attacks, occupations, riots etc. are all “non-violent” and legitimate forms of protest to these people.

Non-violent “global revolution”… I don’t think so.

  1. “We are legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget.”
Luke 8:30. Legion is the name of the demons Jesus cast out of the possessed by the Gadarenes.

That seems pretty appropriate for anarchists .

    1. Take your Marxist revolution and go to hell. We the People will not quietly sit buy as you attempt to push your evil “change”. We will not give up our liberty, our freedom, or our property without a war so you can have your evil Marxist “utopia”.

The time for locking and loading is coming…..

    2. Hey @rEvolucionAmor! In your socialist utopia, who gets to decide who has too much money? Who gets the stuff? What happens if you question those in authority there? Will you still “get your fair share”? Where has Socialism and/or Communism EVER worked before?
The greatest slaughters of all time are from Communist regimes: Mao’s China and Lenin and Stalin’s USSR killed 100 million people. What do you think of their “revolutions’?

Wake UP! You are being what Stalin called a “useful idiot”.

Is capitalism perfect? No. It’s the worst system out there, except for all the others.

You complain about people having power over you and all you are doing is giving others MORE power over you. Study human behavior and see where that will lead.

      1. I´m not talking about socailist utopia. I´m not talking about marxism.
I´m talking about a model in which our actions take into acount the social benefit. We think in ourselves but also in the rest of society. Now we have to find between all the people which is the way. It´s something different at what we have seen or lived.
A new way of thinking, more conscious. Take consciousness of our actions. When we buy something, knowing who made it, how were they paid. When we invest money in something take into account what is our money serving more.
I think we should combine freedom to do whatever we wish from our money with consciousness. This is really an utopia and I don´t really know how it will be made, but we need the help of everybody.

        1. I understand this. Many people I know, and myself, already do this by buying from the small, local guys as much as possible, avoiding, when possible, buying stuff from the big chain stores. I try to to support the “ma and pa” stores. My point is that we’re free to do this already. It’s dangerous to have any system that mandates behaviour. It’s a personal choice that you can choose to make for yourself, and not for others.

  2. After reading the well-cited works of Anthony Sutton, I can see the point of Anonymous going to Wall Street to protest. When you realize that the Federal Reserve Bank of New York City under the presidency of William Boyce Thompson gave the Bolsheviks $1,000,000 to get started and funded Communist propaganda throughout the twentieth century, literally paid for Trotsky to live in style and put him and Lenin in power, I can see why people hate Wall Street. These banksters fund both sides of every conflict. The G8 and G20 protesters with the ominous dark hoodies are probably paid by Wall Street to throw cherry bombs, if history is any guide.

All I got to say is “Larry McDonald was Right!” RIP

  3. Been thinking about this, maybe it will be a wakeup call for those Yanks that have never realised just how good they have it. The cities might be devastated but lots of kids might find out about real life.
