Look lets be honest its a complicated system and there is an awful lot of half-truths, mistruths and downright nonsense peddled about MMP. And a lot of people are too embarrassed to admit that they havent a clue how it works. So they could fail to vote effectively.

Because Rodney is going to win Epsom every percentage of the Party vote that is cast for ACT wins us more MPs. A vote for ACT is the same as a vote for National. A vote for either changes the government.
