My friend, radio host Paul Schiffer, has had me on his program many times talking about left-wing media bias. It’s an old topic, one that vast majorities of the public are wise to. President Trump almost daily refers to the output of fake news outlets. Sadly, many Americans look for relief to the “conservative” cable channels, such as Fox, which is now celebrating its commentator, Guy Benson, acquiring another baby with his gay lover husband, through an IVF surrogate.
Benson identifies as a gay, conservative Christian, and acquiring a second child with his “husband” was welcomed by U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, Fox News host Dana Perino, legal analyst Emily Compagno, senior correspondent Alicia Acuna, host Martha MacCallum, and Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo.
“Various Fox News on-air stars are now congratulating Benson for acquiring an innocent baby girl who tragically is denied a mom by design. Thus, Fox News continues to promote the radical LGBTQ agenda and undermine the very conservative and morally upright values it was created to defend,” notes Peter LaBarbera of the Center for Morality/AmericansForTruth.com.
“The homosexual aka ‘gay’ or ‘queer’ movement is a social revolution, one that undermines all sectors of society from Left to Right,” LaBarbera adds. He says Benson proves the truth of that statement “by adding another child to the intentionally motherless household he has created with his male lover and so-called ‘husband,’ Adam Wise.”
LaBarbera explains the insidious nature of what is being celebrated: “Benson professes to put following Christ at the top of his priority list, which is odd since homosexual behavior (sodomy) has been regarded as sinful – an ‘abomination’ – throughout Judeo-Christian history. By celebrating homosexual ‘marriage’ and raising kids with two ‘gay daddies’ and no mom, he makes a mockery of Christianity and social conservatism.”
Ironically, Guy Benson has appeared on Fox warning of a “radical socialist takeover” of the Democratic Party when he is a card-carrying member of the gay rights movement, started by communist Harry Hay, which is already dominating the Democratic Party.
As I wrote years ago, there have been some rather peculiar goings-on at the Fox News Channel, and there is no end in sight. Their critique of radical socialism and cultural Marxism only goes so far.
On the one hand, it presents shows about the Life of Jesus, interviews with Catholic officials, and promotions for religious books. On the other hand, it offers viewers a steady stream of gays and transgenders, including Guy Benson, Tammy Bruce, and Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner. (Bruce subsequently became a spokesperson for the State Department under Trump.)
Speaking of Marxists and their fellow travelers, Van Jones of CNN is now a cause célèbre for the personalities of Fox News, such as Brian Kilmeade, who highlights the following statement Van Jones made about the direction of the Democratic Party:
“…the movement is being hijacked by too many people with insane, outlandish and nutty ideas that have nothing to do with affordability, climate solutions or health care. Supporting Hamas is NOT progressive. The idea of ‘no police, no prisons, no borders’—which would let pedophiles, human traffickers, terrorists, hate groups and crime syndicates run wild—is NOT progressive for vulnerable communities. Celebrating the murder of Israeli civilians is NOT progressive. These ideas are REGRESSIVE.”
This sounds like Jones has seen the light, except for the fact that he helped create the “movement” he now criticizes and, thanks to Fox, is posing as a fake liberal.
As I discussed in a major article about Jones’ background and motivations, analyst Trevor Loudon first came across him in the mid-1990s in a New Zealand socialist publication which had a small clip about a Yale-educated lawyer involved in STORM — Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement.
STORM was a Marxist group which sent some of its members to Cuba.
Thanks to the UN, some were likely working on a “Pig Power” experiment to address climate change and run a modern economy, based on using excrement from pigs that were “pampered with meals prepared by the city’s finest chefs.”
No wonder the communist-controlled country is a disaster.
As incredible as it sounds, the U.N. Development Program’s Choices magazine had published an article about this “Pig Power” experiment, touting it as a way to run the economy of the future. It was an article about an experimental energy project in Cuba that involves feeding pigs and using their gases and excrement to produce energy.
This was apparently one of Jones’ “solutions” to the “climate crisis.”
Van Jones was appointed Obama’s “Green Jobs Czar” in March 2009 at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, an important job, established within the Executive Office of the President and designed to coordinate “federal environmental efforts,” and work closely with agencies and other White House offices in the development of environmental policies and initiatives.
In the end, however, thanks to Trevor Loudon, who was sniffing around the Obama White House, Jones was forced to resign because Loudon’s investigation of his communist connections was getting too close for comfort for Obama and his inner circle. Sacking Jones was a way for the White House and the major media to move on.
It was apparent that Jones was thrown “under the bus” because too many of Obama’s close associates, including adviser Valerie Jarrett, were implicated in his hiring. Jarrett had said that “we” had recruited Jones. Obama himself obviously approved the decision to bring him aboard.
I discovered that Van Jones’ meteoric rise was assisted by many different liberal-left foundations, including the Open Society Institute of George Soros, which helped finance his “Green for All” organization.
We examined this case and others at our 2010 “Marxism in America” Conference. I spoke on “Why People Believe the Dangerous Lies of Marxism,” and Trevor Loudon, who broke the Frank Marshall Davis and Van Jones stories, spoke on the “perils which lie ahead for the U.S. and the Western world.” Davis was Obama’s communist mentor, a topic still ignored by Fox and other “conservative” outlets.
Everything we predicted has now come to pass – more than a decade before Fox began covering the Democratic Socialists of America.
Now that Fox is belatedly covering the socialist surge in the Democratic Party, it presents a socialist with Marxist links to Cuba as a voice of moderation and its own “gay” employee as a “conservative.”
Such coverage constitutes more fake news. It’s more than ironic when Fox promotes fake news on the left and adopts fake news to spread fake Christianity.
