You probably got dozens of Happy Birthday America messages, but the Supreme Court, operating with inferior knowledge, corruption, and political bias, ruined July 4th. It gave American citizenship to millions of children of illegal aliens and products of Communist Chinese birth tourism.
What a disgrace on the eve of America’s 250th birthday. The only solution is to impeach the court, starting with Republicans John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett.
But Fox News, the fake conservative outlet, claims the judges have “lifetime tenure,” a lie, and that the only alternative is a constitutional amendment, another lie.
The solution is impeachment. It’s in the Constitution. So-called “lifetime tenure” for judges is not. They can be impeached for bad behavior. Read the document.
Trump must act. Congress must act.
The Fox News cowards, Mike Davis and Jonathan Turley, are afraid to call for impeachment. They got us in this mess in the first place.
They are the “backroom hustlers” that Trump once complained about, when the court ruled 7-2 against using the Alien Enemies Act to deport invaders.
The only two constitutional conservatives on the court are Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
What happened is that, faced with left-wing demands to pack the court, as FDR tried to do, Roberts and Barrett joined the liberals in a display of cowardice to rule there is a constitutional right to American citizenship because someone is born here.
They constitute the long arm of the Deep State, which seeks to subsume America in a “New World Order” with open borders managed by global bodies like the United Nations. The ruling is a major benefit for “birth tourism companies” that collect big money from wealthy foreigners to facilitate their trips to give birth in the United States.
The opinion “devalues” American citizenship, noted Justice Clarence Thomas, in his masterful dissent.
Therefore, the ruling was a major strike against American sovereignty and must be overturned. The opinion and jurisdiction of the court must be rejected. The justices who endorsed it must be impeached to send a message. Otherwise, if we don’t act to safeguard our citizenship, the court will have opened the borders Trump had closed.
Thomas characterized the 5-4 ruling in Trump v. Barbara as another chapter in “the sad history of the Fourteenth Amendment, which was designed and understood to secure equal rights for the freed blacks…”
He said the court recognized “a constitutional right to citizenship for the children of all foreign birth tourists and illegal aliens.”
But such a “right” is not in the Constitution.
Thomas and Alito are the only members of the court who can read and understand the plain meaning of the document.
Justin Magill, chairman of the Constitution Party, is an attorney who understands the background of the case and explains, “The term ‘birthright citizenship’ is intentionally used to try to convince you of the legitimacy of the narrative they are pushing. The problem with their phrase is that their contrived definition denies natural law. Since citizenship is inherited from the parent, an accurate definition of birthright citizenship is ‘a right of citizenship descendible to the child from that child’s parent.’”
He adds that the key requirement in the 14th Amendment, “for a child to be born a citizen, is the place of birth plus the citizenship of the parents. A person who is not an American citizen can be deported because they are subject to a foreign jurisdiction.”
Following the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down his executive order attempting to end “birthright citizenship,” Trump congratulated Chinese President Xi Jinping on the “massive Birthright Citizenship WIN!” for it benefited those foreign enemies dumping their people inside our borders.
MAGA is counting on Trump to seek impeachment of the court, beginning with Roberts and his own nominee, Barrett. If he doesn’t act, his presidency, as well as the major basis for his 2024 victory, will suffer greatly. His supporters are demoralized.
To cite another example, having found a “right” to engage in sodomy in the Constitution, when none exists, the Supreme Court imposed homosexual marriage on all 50 states. The Congress went along. Even Trump did not object.
It’s time to take a stand against a corrupt court. We just can’t live with bad decisions made by corrupt judges. The Deep State judges must be impeached.
Some conservatives applaud the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision in favor of state bans on “transgender” athletes, but the ruling didn’t go far enough. It failed to uphold the God-given human dignity of men and women and the reality of biological sex on a nationwide basis.
To this day, the innocent unborn are not given due process, although the Supreme Court did return the matter to the states. Tens of millions have been killed in the womb, and many are still dying through “choice.”
In another outrage, the Supreme Court failed to intervene to stop the illegal certification of Joe Biden as the 2020 “winner.”
As noted by House Speaker Mike Johnson, the argument that was presented to the court “was that the Constitution was clearly violated in the 2020 election. It is Article Two, Section One, and anyone can Google it and read it for themselves. The system by which you choose electors to elect the president of the United States must be done by the individual states and the system must be ratified [by] the state legislatures; that is language, plain language, in the Constitution…”
He added, “The Constitution was violated in the run-up to the 2020 election, not always in bad faith, but in the aftermath of COVID, many states changed their election laws in ways that violated that plain language. That’s just a fact. We presented that argument and… those facts to the court, and it was never directly addressed because of the Texas litigation, but that was the only vehicle we had to present that issue squarely to the court.”
The latter was a reference to a lawsuit filed by Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton (now a candidate for the U.S. Senate) to overturn the election results in various states, such as Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, because of illegal changes in election procedures. The Paxton lawsuit failed because of political considerations, secret pressures, and other factors, such as an alleged lack of standing.
Once again, Roberts, a Bush nominee, cowered in fear and failed to do his job.

If Trump and the Republican Congress won’t act, many conservatives will sit out the midterms and seek a declaration of independence from the two-party system, through alternatives like the Constitution Party.
