Kavanaugh, the “Fishy” Foster Case, and the Swamp

Attorney Allan Favish argued in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit for access to photos of Clinton lawyer Vincent Foster’s dead body, which was discovered in Ft. Marcy Park outside of Washington, D.C. in 1993. Flawed government investigations, including the one conducted by Brett Kavanaugh under the auspices of Independent Counsel Ken Starr, declared it a suicide, but the photos could have proved otherwise. All nine Justices, in a ruling delivered by Justice Anthony Kennedy, ruled against disclosure and the right to know. Kavanaugh was a law clerk for Kennedy. Will Kavanaugh’s role in the cover-up be a factor in his possible impeachment?

  1. if there’s nothing to hide……. if there’s honest and forthright investigating… … There is a problem with all of this… including the many staffers who couldn’t recall… can’t remember… if it did I didn’t know it…
