Fueling the Politics of Hate

By: Cliff Kincaid

Hatred is now a big seller. Hate is being promoted by the fake news media, except for the fact that the hate is real, as we see most recently in assassination attempts on President Trump, the murder of Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk, and the attacks on Jews and Israel.

In the latest example of the latter, New York City communist/Muslim Mayor Zohran Mamdani says he will skip the May 31 Israel Day Parade,  a first for a mayor in over 60 years.

Meanwhile, a man named Jacob Wenske has been arrested for threatening to bomb a Turning Point USA event that was going to feature Erika Kirk. He had said, “Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!! America will live on without those scum on this earth. Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event.”

But hatred for conservatives, Christians, and Jews is not a major issue for the fake news media. Instead, they promote hatred for the billionaires.

Inflaming Racial Relations and Class Warfare

“Billionaires brace for pitchforks,” proclaims the Axios publication of Mike Allen, the son of the great journalist Gary Allen, known for his honorable and honest legacy of anti-communist journalism. The term “pitchforks” is historical and mostly refers to uprisings by the so-called “working class” popularized by Karl Marx, the father of communism.

When I asked AI to create an image of an uprising using pitchforks against billionaires, Google told me it can’t provide an “unsafe image.”

The Axios author, Zachary Basu, is so disreputable that the White House singled him out in the category of “left-wing lunacy” for a previous race-baiting article that was published “to inflame racial tensions.”

The attack on “billionaires” is a lie, for the bourgeoisie — the middle-class owners of property — are the real targets, as set forth in the Manifesto of the Communist Party, written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. “This person must indeed be swept out of the way, and made impossible,” it says. This is the theory of class warfare today, fueled by elite journalists.

The Axios article cites Senator Elizabeth Warren and New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, but their real favorite is Bernie Sanders, a millionaire through book deals, who is backing a communist Nazi for the Senate from Maine, Graham Platner, who is leading in the polls!

The left-wingers in the Democratic Party have been increasingly outspoken about their hatred of the Jews, so much so that Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Wecht announced he was leaving the Democratic Party to become an independent.

He said, “Nazi tattoos, jihadist chants, intimidation and attacks at synagogues, and other hateful anti-Jewish invective and actions are minimized, ignored, and even coddled. Acquiescence to Jew-hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders, and even many elected officials in the Democratic Party.”

Platner has been endorsed by Senators Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Ruben Gallego, as well as the Maine AFL-CIO and the Soros-funded Indivisible organization. These are the favorites of Mike Allen and his rag, Axios.

Communism Trumps Heritage

History demonstrates that Sanders’ Bolshevism is more important than his heritage. He spent time on an Israeli kibbutz, or commune, called Shaar Haamakim. The Times of Israel followed up, noting that the commune belonged to an Israeli political party that had been a “communist, Soviet-affiliated faction” and that members “admired Joseph Stalin until his death” and celebrated May Day with “red flags.”

He now advocates cuts for its defense against global Islamic Jihad backed by Russia and China.

Before Platner appeared on the scene, in an attempt to capture a Senate seat in Maine, Zohran Mamdani, the “democratic socialist,” became mayor of New York City. On May 26, the Jewish human rights group the Lawfare Center sponsored a protest of the mayor, declaring that he “has failed to address skyrocketing radicalization, anti-Americanism, and Jew-hatred in NYC.”

New York City is beginning to look like Nazi Germany.

“It’s unconscionable in 2026 that Jihadist mobs waving flags of genocidal U.S.-designated terrorist organizations have flooded our streets,” commented the group. “A total breakdown of law, order, and civil rights violations is taking place right now in New York City, and Mayor Mamdani, who supports the globalization of the Intifada, is not only negligent in his handling of the issue, but his actions and rhetoric are throwing gas on the flames.”

Brooke Goldstein, founder and executive director of Lawfare Project, said New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has the legal right to remove Mamdani from office.

Instead, Axios highlights how, in New York City, “state lawmakers this week passed Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s pied-à-terre tax on luxury second homes above $5 million — a measure he controversially promoted in a video outside hedge-fund billionaire Ken Griffin’s $238 million Manhattan penthouse.”

Griffin canceled donations to Harvard, citing antisemitism on campus.

Jew-Hatred in Academia

Meanwhile, the Department of Justice just filed suit against UCLA over the university’s failure to protect Jewish students from violence during the anti-Israel campus protests of 2024. It said “masked and armed agitators, many of whom were openly hostile to Jews and Israelis, occupied the heart” of the UCLA campus and then “built an illegal encampment, surrounded it with barriers, and formed ‘human phalanxes’ to block Jews and Israelis from entering academic buildings.”

The agitators “kicked and slapped Jews, beat Jews with sticks, and assaulted Jews with pepper spray. One Jewish student was knocked unconscious and was taken to the hospital with an open head wound.”

To be fair, columnist Joan Swirsky has analyzed this problem on the right, noting cases of “the attractive, articulate, seemingly formerly sane broadcasters, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and Megyn Kelly,” and how, when you “tip these vessels over, you find seething hatred and racism — particularly the hatred of Jews and Israel — that so effortlessly erupts from each of them.”

Those antisemitic and anti-Israel views have made these people anathema to President Trump and his MAGA movement, especially after the “conservative” critics have joined the left in protesting American military action in Iran. But Trump will get no credit for kicking them out of his movement and ending Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons.

Swirsky’s “vessel theory” of psycho-analysis examines “the pathology hidden beneath a polished image,” when these talking heads Tucker, Owens, and Kelly come out of the closet, so to speak. She cites examples of their vitriol, but it really is an old story of making the Jews into the scapegoats of history.

Fake Conservatives

I never trusted any of them, especially Megyn Kelly, who, when she was with Fox News in 2014 and “interviewed” former Communist terrorist Bill Ayers, allowed him to escape responsibility for the bombing murder of police Sgt. Brian V. McDonnell in 1970.

Another former Fox “star,” Tucker Carlson, became a suspect when he began doing shows on crop circles and cattle mutilations, then joined the Russian side in the war on Ukraine.

Candace Owens, once viewed as a black conservative, has been reduced to interviewing Hunter Biden, where the two of them “bonded over their shared Catholic faith,” reports indicated.

Of course, the left-right distinction isn’t real, for we have discovered that the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) had claimed to be fighting hate by funding it through the American Nazi Party and others.

Zachary Basu of Axios had called the SPLC a “civil rights watchdog.” It is one of several left-wing groups that smeared me, resulting in my YouTube channel being banned by Google and only reinstated after President Trump won in 2024.
