The “Backroom Hustlers” Around Trump

In his explosive Truth Social comments about “backroom hustlers,” President Trump realizes he has been led astray by those around him. The “hustler” comments were prompted by his realization that judges he appointed and who were recommended by Leonard Leo of the “conservative” Federalist Society have been working against him. “I was new to Washington, and it was suggested that I use The Federalist Society as a recommending source on Judges,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, regarding his first term.

This is the equivalent of the rhetorical device “mistakes were made.”

Trump apparently had in mind the 7-2 rulings he suffered in the Supreme Court when his three Trump-appointed judges ruled against the use of a law, the Alien Enemies Act, to deport enemy invaders. He also had in mind a trade court with one of his appointees ruling against his use of his presidential emergency powers to save our domestic industries and punish enemy nations like China.

Trump must figure something is wrong when he uses established law and still suffers setbacks in the courts. He blames the Federalist Society, a so-called “conservative” legal group of Washington Beltway insiders that he relied on in the past for judicial advice.

Trump has also been getting bad advice about other things. They include:

The “Big Beautiful” tax bill that includes too much debt and not enough federal spending reductions.
His attempt to negotiate an end to the Ukraine war on “Day One,” not understanding that Vladimir Putin has no intention to give up on seizing his former Soviet republic and then taking the war to other Eastern European countries.
His personal investments in the crypto currency business, including those by his own family members, which stink to High Heaven of financial corruption because of their connections to a controversial Chinese businessman by the name of Justin Sun, who is accused of multiple crimes.
His acceptance of gay marriage, including backing homosexual candidates like John Reid in Virginia, whose bedroom antics and relationship with a young man are dividing the Virginia Republican Party and threatening its races this fall.
His recruitment of so many members of his administration from Fox News, the faux “conservative” channel that is slipping under the control of Rupert Murdoch’s liberal son James. These include former Fox star Tammy Bruce as State Department “spokeswoman,” a position for which she had no qualifications other than being a lesbian.
His financial deals with terrorist-supporting regimes in the Middle East, such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which already work with Communist China to steal American high-tech and AI computer chips.
The failure of the FBI under Director Kash Patel (who was warned about this) to monitor and stop “Red-Green” or communist-Muslim groups threatening violence, which culminated in the murder of two Israeli embassy staffers on the streets of Washington, D.C.

There are fixes to all these problems but Trump must move beyond yacking about “backroom hustlers” to removing them from his orbit of influence.

First, identify those, in addition to Leonard Leo, who gave you Brett Kavanaugh. I identify them in my report from years ago, entitled The Deep State Wears Black Robes, which examines the Kavanaugh appointment in view of his role in the cover-up of Clinton lawyer Vincent Foster’s murder. He was a law clerk for Justice Anthony Kennedy, who will go down in history as “the first gay justice” for his bizarre rulings in favor of homosexual rights. In a backroom deal, Kavanaugh was picked by Trump to replace Kennedy on the Supreme Court

In addition to Leonard Leo, named in Trump’s rant as a “sleazebag,” the influence of the popular “conservative” commentator and Federalist Society member Mike Davis must be considered. The Federalist Society website says that Davis, a former Senate aide, “oversaw the floor votes for 278 nominees, including the confirmations of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the record number of circuit judges confirmed during President Trump’s first two years in office.” Davis, who appears regularly on Fox News and Stephen K. Bannon’s “War Room” programs, can be blamed.

To rectify the embarrassing lapse in judgement regarding Vladimir Putin’s desire for peace, Trump must dump unofficial advisers like Stephen K. Bannon and Tucker Carlson and quickly digest the meaning of Eurasianism, which is driving Russia’s expansion and alliance with China and is being articulated by the shady character with occult ties by the name of Alexander Dugin. For starters, I recommend Cristian Derosa’s book The Black Sun of Russia.

While Trump hopefully purges the hustlers around him, he can elevate important people with a knack for understanding how the Deep State operates. Consider Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller, who openly recognizes a judicial coup against Trump. In the face of such a coup, Miller must advise Trump that he has no alternative but to assert the powers of the presidency and refuse the “court orders” of the Judicial dictatorship.

At this point in the “Big Beautiful” bill process, real conservatives don’t know where to turn, as budget cutter Elon Musk has left the administration in dismay over out-of-control federal spending.

On another financial front, the president must consider the words of Republican Rep. French Hill, a former banker who is chairman of the House Financial Services Committee and wants to see the crypto industry succeed and give the American people an option other than the bankrupt dollar. However, he recognizes that Trump family business interests and links to questionable characters in the industry have “complicated” the process. This is a problem of Trump’s own making. He cannot blame hustlers for that.

If controversial Trump family business deals make it impossible to move a crypto market structure bill through Congress, the American people will be denied a golden opportunity to bypass a corrupt money system and invest in an alternative.

If I were Trump, I would fire most of those around me, and bring back Musk and/or his genius associates to take on the Deep State directly. I would take their advice over the “conservative establishment” any day. Such an approach has the added advantage of Musk being able to launch the “hustlers” into orbit.

That “conservative establishment,” a group of people known as Conservative Action Project, demonstrated their “clout” when they urged the “swift confirmation” of Ed Martin as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia and Martin’s nomination was quickly withdrawn by Trump himself.

It is time for a wholesale purge, Mr. President, before your administration descends into a train wreck that leads to a Democratic Party takeover of Congress in 2026 and your own impeachment thereafter.
