PART III – Conclusion: What It All Means; There is a Better Way
By following current “Diversity & Inclusion” (D&I) trends to their logical conclusion, the series of questions in Part II illustrated the inherent contradictions and irreconcilable fallacies of the D&I agenda – it becomes inarguable but that D&I cannot achieve its stated purposes (which go something along the lines of “an inclusive, multicultural world of acceptance in which differences are valued, and we reap the benefits of ‘diversity is our strength’”).
Do not think for a minute that the Progressive leadership is not fully aware of this; nor that it is bothered by it.
For while the diversity uber alles agenda being imposed and enforced by Progressivism cannot achieve its purported goals (thought they’ll never publicly admit that), it can very much achieve the actual goals – and eventually will, if we don’t stop them.
And what do the Progressives actually intend to accomplish with their D&I agenda?
We’re going to go into more detail below, but as a preview: the Progressives have been executing a “fundamentally transforming” dismantling the United States of America, setting the stage to incrementally morph it into a Collectivist state. This has already been underway for decades – social and cultural erosion over time, through tactics known as “non-reformist reforms” – which in turn are part and parcel of an over-arching strategy of Cultural Marxism.
The D&I agenda is a classic “non-reformist reform.”

The Progressives – including those now feeling emboldened enough to openly refer to themselves as Socialists – fully intend to first deconstruct this divinely-inspired nation, and then supplant it with a Collectivist regime. They’ve succeeded to the degree that this country is at the tipping point – their emboldened proclamations of Socialism and now very public activity – arguably “in your face” activity – of the Democratic Socialists of America (see here and here) within the Democrat Party attest to this – indeed the 2018 midterm elections may determine the very fate of this country.
In Part II we cited the targeting of children by the transsexual / gender fluidity advocates. Lest you think that this is a recent phenomenon, it is not – (amongst other things) is straight out of the Cultural Marxists‘ playbook. The societal changes we’ve seen since the 1960’s are not organic, nor accidental. This from Cultural Marxism (2007):
Separately, two Marxist theorists-Antonio Gramsci of Italy and Georg Lukacs of Hungary-concluded that the Christianized West was the obstacle standing in the way of a communist new world order. The West would have to be conquered first.
Gramsci posited that because Christianity had been dominant in the West for over 2000 years, not only was it fused with Western civilization, but it had corrupted the workers class. The West would have to be de-Christianized, said Gramsci, by means of a “long march through the culture.” Additionally, a new proletariat must be created. In his “Prison Notebooks,” he suggested that the new proletariat be comprised of many criminals, women, and racial minorities.
The new battleground, reasoned Gramsci, must become the culture, starting with the traditional family and completely engulfing churches, schools, media, entertainment, civic organizations, literature, science, and history. All of these things must be radically transformed and the social and cultural order gradually turned upside-down with the new proletariat placed in power at the top.
In 1919, Georg Lukacs became Deputy Commissar for Culture in the short-lived Bolshevik Bela Kun regime in Hungary. He immediately set plans in motion to de-Christianize Hungary. Reasoning that if Christian sexual ethics could be undermined among children, then both the hated patriarchal family and the Church would be dealt a crippling blow. Lukacs launched a radical sex education program in the schools. Sex lectures were organized and literature handed out which graphically instructed youth in free love (promiscuity) and sexual intercourse while simultaneously encouraging them to deride and reject Christian moral ethics, monogamy, and parental and church authority. All of this was accompanied by a reign of cultural terror perpetrated against parents, priests, and dissenters.
Hungary’s youth, having been fed a steady diet of values-neutral (atheism) and radical sex education while simultaneously encouraged to rebel against all authority, easily turned into delinquents ranging from bullies and petty thieves to sex predators, murderers, and sociopaths.
Gramsci’s prescription and Lukacs’ plans were the precursor to what Cultural Marxism in the guise of SIECUS, GSLEN, and the ACLU–acting as judicially-powered enforcers–later brought into American schools.
Any resemblance to the United States of America and the above is not strictly coincidental!
Building and expanding upon the ideas of Gramsci and Lukacs, what came to be known as The Frankfurt School was imported from Germany and established at Columbia University in New York in the 1930’s. It was led by people such as Herbert Marcuse, and their writings on so-called Critical Theory has metastasized on campuses across the land (and now spawned subsets, such as its bastard child Critical Race Theory). They’ve been working on eroding our country to the point of deconstruction for decades! (More on this below.)
The D&I agenda is but one element of the Cultural Marxists‘ scheme; yet through D&I they intend to nullify our motto of e pluribus unum (“out of many, one”) and instead to continue maneuvering us into a balkanized hodgepodge of diversity categories – the very opposite of our divinely inspired principles.
Consider The American Creed, first inspired by Thomas Jefferson, and adopted by Congress on April 3, 1918 – and how it is entirely incompatible with the D&I agenda, and the Progressives’ agenda generally:
I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed, a democracy in a republic, a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.
I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its laws, to respect its flag, and to defend it against all enemies.
As said, D&I is not intended to work as advertised; it is intended to increasingly balkanize us and force us all to maintain competition for position within the Diversity Hierarchy.
And to then cobble together a critical mass of these “diverse groups” (pun intended) to provide the Democrat Party with a permanent electoral majority (see Trevor Loudon’s Rainbow Conspiracy series for more on how this is being executed “as we speak”).
First, in an arguably Pavlovian manner, all of us are being conditioned to – first, foremost (and ideally from the Progressives’ standpoint) to view ourselves as a “member” of whatever approved diversity categories are in play at that time. Not to view ourselves, or others, as individual human beings, unique children of God.
The Diversity Hierarchy forces us to balkanize – that is a primary reason it exists.
Then key to making that “cobbling together” work, is to (subconsciously, if not consciously) instill into minorities a self-perception that they cannot “make it” without diversity preferences … and so need the continued intervention and protection of the Progressives’ party, the Democrats.
This is accomplished through one of the pernicious (and devious) elements of the D&I agenda.
For you see, with equal opportunity a representative proportion of minorities would achieve success on their own; on their individual merits– and enjoy the pride and confidence that is the result of it (i.e., our American founding’s “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness”).
However under D&I, not one of them can ever be absolutely confident that they achieved strictly upon their own merits. And neither can anyone else. As a consequence, entire group(s) of minorities are defamed and defrauded – perpetually stripped of recognition of all achievement genuinely earned, for it becomes inseparable from Diversity Privileges.
(People are afraid to speak openly of this, lest they be buried under a politically correct avalanche of Progressive approbation – and possible sacrifice of their careers – but we all know that this elephant is in the room.)
The “White privilege” meme is designed to divert them from recognizing this dynamic, but instead entice them to embrace it, by providing a legitimate-sounding reason to continue D&I by fostering a perpetual sense of victimhood at the hands of (intangible) “White Privilege” – thus making D&I appear to be nothing more than righting a wrong – of pursuing social justice!
In a way, it is the “Stockholm Syndrome” applied demographically in order to advance Democrat ends – conning minorities so that they’ll identify with their Progressive captors.
D&I is actually a trap for minorities – Blacks and others – intended to make them prisoners on that ole’ Democrat Plantation.
To accept the Progressives’ definition of “diversity,” one would have to accept the premise that the bell curve of intelligence (and other forms of native ability) are not on average equally distributed among races and genders (though with some inherent differences between males and females – not in the sense of “superior / inferior” or “oppressor / oppressed” but God-given differences that complement each other and, in marriage, create a whole).
Conservatives believe that such are equally distributed, as we are all children of God, “endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights”; but also every one of us sinners, each with a different totality of sins.
And, also, that perfection awaits us in our eternal life, and is not to be had on this earth – though we should strive to make this world a better place. Starting by “thinking globally by acting locally” – using our own sincere and best efforts to adhere to His word.
In a perfect world, that means that genuine diversity would occur (only) under a meritocracy, for at any time an place a member of one group will be the most meritorious candidate for a particular position and, over time and over the economy, the results would organically produce just diversity.
Unlike utopian-inclined Progressives, Conservatives also recognize that we do not, and never will, live in a perfect world – and to expend time, effort and treasure trying to is the errand of fools . But we very much recognize that we can make the world a better place. That is why we believe in society striving for equal opportunity, though it will never be fully, absolutely realized.
It can’t. There is luck of birth – such as Barack and Michelle Obama’s daughters who, though Black, and even aside from Diversity Benefits, will enjoy opportunities far exceeding those of the average White child. Or luck of place, such as the proverbial big movie star having been “discovered” working in a drug store in Hollywood.
Whether one is born with stunning looks, or world-class athletic ability, or a genius IQ –or, like most of us, less-than all of those – in a free-market capitalist system, one premised upon and practicing meritocracy as the predominant “selection mechanism” – every one of us who applies themselves can enjoy a happy and productive personal and career life, and be a positive contributor to society.
That encapsulates our divinely-inspired nation’s founding principles.
Conversely, the D&I agenda and Diversity Privileges is a spoils system that is inherently racist and discriminatory, and seeks the opposite.
People are to be considered as, and enjoy privileges (or the opposite), notwithstanding their individual background and characteristics, or how they apply themselves.
Thus, an individual raised in economically advantageous circumstances; or in a solid middle-class nuclear family with positive role models; or a bastard child raised in a single-parent welfare household will be accorded the same Diversity Privileges – if they happen to have the required level of diversity categories – or not, if they don’t have the requisite level of diversity categories.
We can’t eliminate the random vagaries of life, but we can work at the systemic or institutional impediments. But D&I is not that – it is the opposite.
By intention and design it creates a hierarchical pyramid of discrimination – reverse discrimination – that cascades down to the levels of the pyramid with increasingly negative impact(s) as one goes lower on the pyramid.
Moreover, the forms of discrimination increase with each new category of “diversity” approved by the Diversity Leadership. A moment ago we said that: “…we can work at the systemic or institutional impediments.”
The Progressives are busy erecting systemic and institutional impediments to equal opportunity.
Through their Diversity Hierarchy they are constructing an ever-higher demographic version of the Tower of Babel, in and on which people are conditioned (and required by law) to interact with others first and foremost upon those others’ mix of Diversity Leadership-approved diversity categories.
The end-result of their D&I efforts may well result in both a record-breaking number of forms of discrimination, but also a record-breaking level of total discrimination in this country.
Many who have come to be called “social justice warriors” – and those who for personal reasons believe that their “fighting for” equal rights for similarly situated individuals, such LGBT persons – sincerely believe in their cause; and at a superficial level their (stated) goals are noble, their hearts pure. Ala, these useful idiots don’t realize that they’re being used as pawns by the architects of Cultural Marxism.
The irony then is that many who are promoting the D&I agenda, without awareness of its true purpose and goals, sincerely believe that they are “fighting for ‘social justice’” – when actually they are actually fighting for the opposite.
Meanwhile, the Great Deceiver looks up from Hell, smirking.
Woe to the shepherds
who mislead and scatter the flock of my pasture,

The D&I approach is the opposite of interacting with each other as fellow (equal) children of God; as fellow sinners whom we are to love even as we hate the sins in which they engage (and they ours). If our nation is divinely inspired, it takes not a great leap to perceive that the inspiration to deconstruct and then displace us originates from the opposing force (see, e.g., Spiritual-Warfare Expert: “Demonic Component” to Divided U.S.).
The true path of “social justice” is meritocracy, and equal opportunity, so that each individual’s particular gifts of merit can fully blossom, and they enjoy the rewards thereof.
And though the Diversity Leadership, and Progressives in general spout “social justice” as a slogan, they don’t mean it. It’s a subterfuge; a pretext for advancing a larger (and evil agenda) – of which D&I is but one portion.
We can think of the Diversity Leadership as something akin to one of the committee’s on a Board of Directors – in this case, the Board of Directors for (what we’ll call) “The Progressivism Foundation.”
And what is “The Progressivism Foundation’s” mission?
The intermediate goal is incremental deconstruction of the United States of America.
That will set the page for the ultimate, longer-term goal: instituting a (Collectivist) global government regime.
Though beyond the scope of this series, at present the intended global regime appears like it will most closely resemble the Fascist subset of Collectivism (though this doesn’t preclude using elements of the other forms: Communism; Socialism and/or Progressivism). In other words, the Corporatist structure of a trans-national governing regime: NGO’s, Central Banks and multi-national corporations.
And how is that mission to be accomplished?
Well, in Great Britain, back in the late 1800’s, a group that referred to themselves as Fabian Socialists established themselves. Tellingly, their symbolism shows two blacksmiths hammering the globe into a new form … and their coat of arms (literally) depicts wolf in sheep’s clothing.
Their intent was (and remains) to impose a Socialist system, but not through sudden revolution, but through incremental change. Change that would occur in such small increments – very small puzzle pieces if you will – that most would not recognize what was occurring, at least not until it was too late.
The Cultural Marxists in this country have been employing the Fabian Socialists’ game plan of gradual and incremental societal and cultural degradation and, ultimately, deconstruction.
That sounds a lot like “non-reformist reforms,” does it not?
This gradualism fits the modus operandi of the Great Deceiver, and it is submitted evidences the (ultimately) Satanic origins of Collectivism and its subsidiaries (Socialism, Progressivism, Fascism and Communism).
On the opposing side of the political and philosophical coin, the divinely inspired creation of the United States of America marked (among innumerable other Providential blessings) the signal event that marked the eventual end of slavery on this land.
Slavery was entrenched here before our Declaration of Independence – much less before we fought the American Revolution and wrote our Constitution.
The principles of our Founding – expressed in our Declaration of Independence – provided the moral and political mechanism by which the pre-existing slavery would be abolished. That a Civil War was necessary to final uproot it evidences how entrenched it really was (and so why the Founders could not have done so at the initiation of, nor the infant years of this nation).
For similar reasons that it took almost 100 years to eliminate the de jure legacy (e.g., “separate but equal”), and years longer to cleanse many hearts of prejudice shows just how toxic the poison was.
One wishes that progress had been quicker – though we have to consider that we weren’t there – so perhaps things advanced as quickly as humanly possible.
As well, the very perniciousness of slavery and its legacy supports a good faith argument that, at least in the early years, affirmative action and its concomitant reverse discrimination were necessary to jump-start for Blacks achieving their rightful place as full participants in the American Dream.
In any case, today even a mere allegation of racism can be a career-ender, which evidences how thoroughly that poison of prejudice has been purged from our national system.
Does it still reside in some hearts? Yes. That is the human condition. But our country and its founding principles are what keep that in check on a systemic basis.
Instead of blaming the United States, immense gratitude should flow through the hearts of all Americans not just for setting the stage for eliminating the pre-existing institution of slavery and cleansing its after-effects, but also for the manifold other blessings we enjoy thanks to the privilege of being citizens of this divinely inspired nation.
Instead of repudiating our founding, we need to re-embrace it. Yet the Progressives, through their D&I agenda (and other means) seek the opposite.
For public consumption they decry things such as “systemic discrimination” – when that is exactly what the D&I agenda is designed to impose, and is imposing across our land!
Genuine “social justice” is the aspirational model of our divinely inspired Founding. It is this, through their D&I agenda (amongst other things) that the Progressives seek to supplant, with something that would be more pleasing to the Great Deceiver.
It is time that we called them out on this, pray for His guidance, and reject all of the Progressive agenda – including, but not limited to its slippery slope of sin – by re-embracing our Founding. For the alternative is too terrible to imagine.
