  1. At this current time, people are experiencing health care at the cost of others because they are uninsured. Based on your statement, you should be in favor of required health insurance. Right now if you are not insured and you present at an emergency ward, the hospital is obligated to give you care. They have to write off the costs. That drives up the costs for all the rest of us. The health care reform bill does not create the "right" to health care. It does include regulations to improve health care which will make it safer and will bring down costs. You are operating on an uneducated assumption about the health care reform bill. It does not guarantee health care as a right.
